What is the return policy?

All orders must follow the instructions below to properly request and complete a return merchandise authorization.

Defective Products

If the product(s) you received is not functioning or damaged. Please email customer service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization code. (click to see instructions below)

Once we have verified your order, we will issue a replacement the next business day. Included in the replacement package will be an return label for the return of the defective or damaged product(s). The shipping charges will be paid by AViiQ.


IMPORTANT: If the return product(s) is not received or located by Fedex within 30 days from receipt of replacement. AViiQ reserves the right to charge your account for both product(s)


Non-Defective Products

If your product is not defective but you were not satisfied or simply wish to return it, you will need to make your own arrangements to send it back within 30 days of purchase. Please email customer service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization code. (click to see instructions below)

IMPORTANT: Upon receipt of the returned product(s). AViiQ.com will issue a full refund minus any shipping charges for the order. Please allow 10-14 business days for the credit to hit your account.
 

How to request a Return Merchandise Authorization code:

Reply to Order Confirmation Email: (recommended)

  1. Reply to your Order Confirmation or Shipping Confirmation email
  2. This will help us since it will include all your order details
